This nutritious brownie cake is packed with protein and ready in just 5 minutes. Perfect as a wholesome snack or dessert!
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
• 50 g almond flour
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp low-fat quark
• 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 10 g dark chocolate pieces (min. 70%)
• Pinch of salt
• Optional: 1 tbsp chopped walnuts or a scoop of vanilla protein powder
Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients in a microwave-safe mug or bowl.

Microwave the bowl for 3 minutes at 1000 Watts. Rotate the bowl every minute to prevent overflow.
