Delicious for dinner or as a leftover lunch — and super easy to make!
Ingredients for 2 people

4 whole wheat wraps

200g falafel

2 handfuls of fresh spinach

1 sprig of finely chopped mint

80g feta
-
1 clove garlic

5 tbsp low-fat yogurt

¼ cucumber

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the falafel according to the instructions on the package. Use a vegetable peeler to slice the cucumber into ribbons and press the garlic. Make a tzatziki sauce by mixing the yogurt, cucumber, mint, pepper, and salt. Crumble the feta. Now fill the wraps with tzatziki, feta, spinach, and falafel.
