Workout
The following exercises make for a great workout without any extra equipment. Perform each exercise one after the other and do 10 repetitions per move. You can repeat the full round multiple times. Want more intensity? Simply add another round.

Location
Where do you enjoy working out? Maybe it’s a quick session and you prefer to stay in your hotel room or on the balcony. Or you might prefer a park or the beach. Choose a location where you feel comfortable and focused.
Enjoyment
Above all, choose a workout or activity that you enjoy. Love beach volleyball or tennis? Then go for that! Maybe your hotel even offers group classes. What matters most is doing something you actually like!
