A fresh recipe with beef and cucumber sauce
Ingredients for 4 people:

700 g baby potatoes

4 steaks du boeuf

800 g broccoli

½ cucumber

2 cloves of garlic

150 ml low-fat yogurt

1 tbsp fresh dill
Preparation:
Preheat the grill to its highest setting.
Boil the baby potatoes until tender (approx. 8 minutes).
Peel the garlic and press it into a bowl with the yogurt. Add the cucumber.
Chop the cucumber and broccoli and cook the broccoli until tender (approx. 8 minutes).
Season the steaks with pepper if desired and grill on both sides for about 3 minutes.
Serve the potatoes with dill, and the steaks with the cucumber-yogurt sauce, dill potatoes, and broccoli.
