2 salmon fillets

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 clove garlic

1 lemon, sliced

Aluminum foil
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Prepare 2 sheets of aluminum foil with the shiny side facing up. Place the salmon fillets on the foil. Press the garlic clove and spread it over the salmon. Add soy sauce, pepper to taste, and lemon slices. Fold the foil into packets. Bake for about 15 minutes.
Variation tip:
Leftover lemon? Add it to a jug of water for a refreshing touch.
