How it works:

Find 5 random objects around you (e.g., sunglasses, book, shell, water bottle, product packaging).

Observe them carefully for 30 seconds.

Close your eyes and try to recall all 5 — with as much detail as possible (color, shape, position).

Check what you got right — and what you missed.
Too easy?
• Add a 6th or 7th object
• Change the order
• Have someone else arrange and briefly show the objects
Practicing regularly will improve your memory and ability to focus — useful at work, in conversations, and even while cooking!
