When I first came into contact with the nutrition program, it was in my role as a studio owner. I wanted to offer my clients something extra: nutritional support in addition to the training in my studio. But I quickly decided to join the program myself — and I haven’t regretted it for a moment.
Small changes, big impact
Over the years, I had gained a few kilos, partly due to menopause. Some pants and jackets started to fit tighter, even though they used to be comfortable. I still had energy, but my digestion was often off and my body just felt a bit “heavier.”
Since starting the program, something has truly changed. I’ve now lost 6 kilos — in a calm and pleasant way. That’s really thanks to varied eating. My stomach is calmer, my legs feel more flexible (no more stiff calves after walking!), and I even notice it on the road bike — no more belly in the way. And people around me are noticing too.
As an entrepreneur: a valuable and practical addition to my studio
What excites me as a business owner is that this program truly adds value to what I offer. It shows my members that I keep innovating and thinking with them. And that’s important — many of my members want to lose weight or learn to eat healthier.
Now they can come to my studio for their nutrition needs — a place where they already feel safe and comfortable. Since either I or a fellow trainer starts the conversation, it’s very approachable. We’re not healthcare providers to them, but coaches and trusted advisors. And that works. They open up, feel heard, and take steps toward change more easily.
The program is also so practical that even busy members (and trainers!) can stick with it. The daily menus are clear, the recipes are simple and tasty, and the app is user-friendly. It fits perfectly with the way we work in the studio: personal, realistic, and effective.
My conclusion
Whether you’re going through menopause, have a demanding job, or simply want to take better care of your health: this program gets you back on track. I feel lighter, more energetic, and more balanced. And every day, I see how valuable it is for my members too. A true recommendation — both personally and professionally.
