Since 2019, we have guided over 500 participants individually on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. Many participants have achieved fantastic results in just the first 10-week phase. We hope to support many more on their path to better health through the BenFit programme!
Often, participants want to maintain this healthy lifestyle and the results they’ve achieved, so they continue into the second phase, which lasts 12 weeks.
Participants regularly mention that they enjoy the way of eating because the meal plans are very varied, they feel they can eat “a lot”, and the recipes are both practical and tasty. In addition to following the meal plans, participants work out at our centre on average 2 to 3 times per week. Because we see them weekly to evaluate both their nutrition and exercise and to weigh in, they stay motivated and feel supported.
